Buddhists believed that Guru Rinpoche aka Padhmasambhav who is considered as a second buddha has got enlightment from this cave. There are major three cave including this and others namely Asura Cave & Yanglashi Cave.

• पहीले पहीले बाजेको पालामा यस थुनबाट दूध नै झर्थ्यो रे। मैले सानोमा मैरै आखाले सेतो चुन पानी थोपा थोपा गरि झरेको देखेको छु र आश्चर्यजनक रुपमा सोथेको थीए, यो कसरी सम्भब छ चाहे धार्मीक रुपमा होस या बैज्ञानिक रुपमा होस। पछी सो प्रस्न आफै बीलयमान भयो जब म बीज्ञानको विद्यार्थी भए। अहिले त्यै चुन पानी पनि झर्न छाडेको ९/१० बर्ष नै भयो होला।
