Bhasmasur Dada/Hill is located at the top of the southern part of Kathmandu valley from where we can observe the mesmerizing view of the valley. we can feel immense pleasure with the inhale of fresh air, observation of different vegetation, and inner peace. Even though there is no any specific spot, we can enjoy the beautiful scenario and the landscape of hills which surely filled our souls with joy. Greenery and Moving clouds can be considered as a center of attraction.

There is two way to reach there, however, the shortest way is from kharpa which we have followed which takes nearly 2 hours maximum depending on the hiker,where there is fixed trial just need to follow.

चम्पादेवी / Champadevi 

Champadevi is a Hindu devi temple  lies  at 2200m approximately. On Every new near of Nepali Calender, people usually reach here to celebrate and there will be mela & crowd.It is very suitable place for one day hiking.

 

Champadevi (about 2200m) is a pure nature walk , located in the southwest of Kirtipur & Dakshinkali, an ancient city of Kathmandu. Join this where you can hike without any disturbance of vehicles and pollution. As you go higher up the hill, see mountain peaks and a bird's eye view of the valley. Enjoy the cool air when you arrive at the top of Champadevi hill. 

Bhundole Pharping

 Bhundol seems like a valley with in a valley,lies in Dakshinkali municipality, Talku Dudechaur, pharping. We can reach there from two places .One from old dakshinkali and another from Talku, Setidevi School. Nearly it takes 1 hour walk max from pharping if you prefer hiking. If you want to go in bike , it will reach up to there , however, you have to walk 5/10 min.

The silence place, greenary and the natural ground surrounded by woods is the speciality of Bhundol. In ancient times , locals believed that there were settlements.

It is the best place for short hiking and camping. Be aware of leech, the presence of leech is what you cannot avoided.

Dakshin Godawori, दक्षिण गोदावरी

 Dakshin Godawori lies within Dakshinkali Municipality near to Pharping Hydro-Power Reservoir where the small natural statue lies in the bank of river. In the duration of 12 yrs , people celebrated mela here through bathing on the river and worshiping the goddesss. During last celebration of mela , People felt the necessity for protection and conservation . As a result, A new statue was installed , trust were made and ladder to reach there were constructed.

Down the river , there is a Soli Daha where small portion of water is reserved and people used to play swimming here.

Recently , just above the bank of river in a cliff , a Bungy bridge is constructing for Bungy Jump to set up these area as a touristic destination and pilgrimage too.
