Technique of rain water harvesting by the worker to built trekking route to Champadevi temple as seen on Bhundol . Such Indigenous knowledge are the tacit knowledge available on our society but it seems that they are not fully transferred to further generations. Hence, it is need of time to to regain indigenous know how knowledge and transfer to the future generations so that the indigenous knowledge would not vanished. We lacks on knowledge transfer where school are only considered as the knowledge management and knowledge transfer institution. But in reality every one is a knowledge bank where authenticity and validity of so called intellectual society is not needed. ©Amrit Shrestha
