BEE MAN AKA MAURI BAJE
Meet Our Grandpa, He is 83 years Subharaj Sapkota commonly known as Mauri Baje. He has the skill of Bee Keeping. He used to take care over the 35 Bee hives simultaneously. Even Bee used to cover his body while taking care. Even he has the skill of transferring a bee from one hive to another. Such tacit knowledge is our asset which must be transferred from one generation to another. In my opine, what we lack is to transfer tacit knowledge from one generation to another which indicates that our culture, art, and skill regarding agriculture, horticulture, and even day-to-day operation is slowly decreasing in the race of collecting assets which will be spent on reviving our identity.
