Bhasmasur Dada/Hill is located at the top of the southern part of Kathmandu valley from where we can observe the mesmerizing view of the valley. we can feel immense pleasure with the inhale of fresh air, observation of different vegetation, and inner peace. Even though there is no any specific spot, we can enjoy the beautiful scenario and the landscape of hills which surely filled our souls with joy. Greenery and Moving clouds can be considered as a center of attraction.

There is two way to reach there, however, the shortest way is from kharpa which we have followed which takes nearly 2 hours maximum depending on the hiker,where there is fixed trial just need to follow.

Champadevi is a Hindu devi temple lies at 2200m approximately. On Every new near of Nepali Calender, people usually reach here to celebrate and there will be mela & crowd.It is very suitable place for one day hiking.

Champadevi (about 2200m) is a pure nature walk , located in the southwest of Kirtipur & Dakshinkali, an ancient city of Kathmandu. Join this where you can hike without any disturbance of vehicles and pollution. As you go higher up the hill, see mountain peaks and a bird's eye view of the valley. Enjoy the cool air when you arrive at the top of Champadevi hill.

आगो लागेर घर र गाउँ सखाप नपारे सम्म चेतना नआउने भयो हाम्रो ।

बर्सेनि आगो लाग्छ , घर बस्ती मै पस्न खोज्छ तर अब आफ्नो घर सम्म नआएसम्म कसलाई के को कर, रहर र बाल छ र । कुरो हिजो २०७९/१०/२७ गतेको घटना हो। गुनासो पोखेको होइन , गुनासो पोख्न छाडीसके , बस बिक्राल रूप लिएर धन जनको क्षती नहोस् भनी बेलैमा समन्धित निकाएलाई सचेत गराउन खोजेको मात्र हो अन्य अर्थ नलागोस्।

आगो लाग्छ , निभाउन गाउँमा जनशक्ती छैन । सबै बिदेश पलाएन भइसके। हामी नी हदु भइसक्यौ।

बिकास भनेको बिपत व्यवस्थापनको स-क्षमतामा पनि निर्धारण हुन्छ । बेलैमा सोचौं।

हिजो मीती २०७९/१०/२७ गते पोखरी हुँदै बाहुन टोल जाने गोरेटो बाटोमा पनि आगो लागेको थियो। आगो के कसरी लाग्यो, कसरी न्यूनीकरण गर्न सकिन्छ त्यसको छुट्टै बहस गरौला। अब आगो लागेको बेला घरमा वृद्धा र बाल बच्चा मात्र हुन्छन्। बाकी हात मुख जोड्न जानै पर्यो, पापी पेटको सवाल पनि हुन्छ। अनी आगो लाग्यो , निभाउन न त युवा जमात नै छ , न त श्रोत साधन नै। त्यती मात्र कहा हो र । बिधुत प्राधिकरण अनी नेट केबलकोको टार भेटेपछि पड्किन थाल्छ। अरु देश मा नयाँ वर्ष भनेर आकाशमा पड्काउँछन् । हाम्रो तीर बिजुलीको तार र खम्बा आगोले भेटे पछी दिउँसै पड्किन्छ।

बिचरा वृद्ध बुबा आमा, बाबु नानी हरु निरीह भएर आफ्नो छोरो दाई/भाइ लाई गुहार गर्नु बाहेक अरु केही उपाए हुन्न। प्राधिकरणलाई फोन गर्छन् । वडालाई फोन गर्छन्। बीपत व्यवस्थापन समिति त गठन गर्यो , अब सक्की गो त काम ।

दमकल लाई फोन गर्यो , अन्यत्र ठाउँको ( आफ्नो नगरपालीका मा थन्काएर राखेको छ क्यारे) त्या सम्म आउँदैन भन्छ। सार्है निरीह भएर बाँच्नु पर्या छ। अरु भन्या त्यस्तै हो , बृद्ध वृद्धा र बच्चा हरुको बारेमा बारेमा सोचि-दीनुहोला ।

धन्यबाद, नेपाल प्रहरी जवान जसले गुहार सुनेर आपात बिपतमा सहयोग गरे बाँकी निकाए कानमा तेल हालेको नै भान हुन्छं ।

समाधान के त?

आगो बर्सेनि लागेकै हुन्छ। पहिला चरणमा जनचेतना नै हो समाधान । दोश्रो, Fire Engine ( दमकल) चुरुस्त गती मा राख्ने । बिपत व्यवस्थापन तालीम सञ्चालन गरी Fire Fighter Team आगो लागेको हकमा र बाढी- पहिरो अन्य जोखिमको नी लेखा जोखा राख्ने। हुन सक्ने जोखिमको अध्ययन गर्ने र जोखिम निवारणमा पनि ध्यान दिने।

बिन्ती, युवाको बारेमा नसोचे नी। यही देशमा सपना देख्ने बाल - बच्चा अनी यही माटोमा प्राण त्याग्ने अटोठ गरेका वृद्धा जन हरुको ख्याल गरिदिए पुग्छ। नत्र सराप लाग्ने छ ती निरीह भएर बसेका जमात को।

गल्ती भए माफ पाउँ। दूई हात जोडी नमन् ।
